I had the exact same thing happen years ago.
She didn't admit fault in person but after I drew a diagram for the insurance people when the claim was submitted they worked it out from their end.

... auto is cooled from that. Over time and excess heat (towing) the heat exchanger splits and "milkshakes" the box and destroys them. Cheap insurance is to remove the heat exchanger completly and add an oil cooler on the front of the car.

I have used them a few times with no issue. But I always drop off at their depot. There's no way to contact them and their indemnity / insurance is shit and you can get fkd over if they lose or damage your stuff.

$800? You've had the car 9 years so I assume you're at least 27.. insurance should be wayyyy less than that. I pay less than $1k full comp on a $40k insure FG F6, payed a bit more than that on a BA F6 because I upped the value to $27k when it was worth around $22k.
