Noob question but how do you get photos like that. Like what settings, sorry camera noob

the photos turn out like that, because the camera is set on a timed exposure (mostly 30 seconds)
and during the 30 seconds I walk around the cars with a large light.
The camera just records the light that is projected onto the cars.
