Thats because of the AU's "funny" shape. But yes they are a bit low,

Posted: November 2nd, 2010, 2:24 pmYou'd probably find that if you used a TE50 with the bonnet which is very similar to the BA/BF series it would look more normal.
The AU XR bonnet dips down below the level of the AU head lights which causes this one to look funny.
