If you have windows xp google power toy image resizer.

And after a quick crop in paint and resize. No need for photoshop.

Can do it in photobucket as well if you are using that to upload pics anyway

just lettin u's know power toy is really good for resizing pics...

just right click on the image and click resize and bam ur laughing....
