i have 4 inch holes in my door, if i cut the hole to 6 inch, will 6 inch speakers fit? will the window clear the magnet, i dont see why not as ED's have 6 inch from factory?

Here's a suggestion - try it and see! The basis of all good modifications!
In saying that, I am fairly sure they are the same - the door handle is in the same relative position on the door from EA-EL, it's only the design that is different.
As for the speaker magnet hitting, there's honestly only one way to find that out, and that is to test. Enlarging the hole won't be a problem at all.

The door handle rod needs to be bent to match up I think.
