I live about 5 minutes away from John Farnhams old house and studio which was abandoned many years ago. Gotham Audio was the name of the studio. We used to have piss ups at John Farnhams house and even slept the night there once. 7 bedroom house with a pool which was completely abandoned. Lots of his belonging were still in the house too, including furniture, letters and bills etc.The swimming pool was geeen and had a wire mesh over it so no one fell in. That **** must have struck it pretty damn ritch to just leave a house and studio like that.
Anyway some little **** decide to smash the shit out of the studio causing about 40k damage (smashed all the sound proof glass) and the houses were sold and renovated and an estate was developed around them. He still lives in wonga park afaik, his son used to pick on my brother at school, don't blame him lol.
Good times.
This was about 8 years ago BTW. lol
