When I went to court on the charge of dangerous driving (flashing my lights at a slow old bitch in the hills that swerved at me whenever I tried to overtake so I brake tested her) I was only given a brief account of both statements after I asked the court for them. After the case was over I got both full statements, and they were fairly different to what the brief accounts said. I would have gotten off easy if I had full statements, hers was so full of proveable innacuuracies (speed limits, overtaking areas, town names) so I don't know what the go is there.

anyone that has to go to court for this type of shit get yourself a proper lawyer, 1st time i represented meself worst mistake ever, 6 charges for doing burnouts in me old mans SWB MAV, copped a years loss of lisence, 1500$ fine and conviction, but 3 days befor i went to court for that, i was in the ef pulled out of a car park little sideways in the wet, ended up being a 5 hours fuk around with the police, 9 police men/ 1 dirty old whore and 4 cop cars deciding weather or not to impound my car, copped another 6 charges for that, went to court with that "legal aid" shit, she started explaining to the judge that i had no lisence when i had the car impounded and shit, but somehow managed to drop 5 charges and still change the last one which left me with 700$ fine, no extra loss of lisence, and another conviction, now im on 0 points for 12 months !
