im not going to argue the greatness of the gt falcon but read this
(The "Wheels" photograph showed the mighty phase three with the speedo reading right off the clock, yes 140 mph and then some, but even the HO in the picture was being restrained from it's potential 155 mph by the factory fitted rev limiter.)
and not all the gts were limited only the HO's
a bloke i work with used to own a workshop and has done the tuning on many gt falcons and monaros etc and he always said some of the gts used to get back around to the odometer
