Need help! EF engine mount woes!

Hey guys. I have a problem. One of my engine mounts is gone. however i dont know what a busted one looks like. one looks kind of hard and sturdy and one looks like a blown out shocky. has anyone got a decent picture of a functioning engine mount? Or, a bit of a guide on the best way to go about replacing one? I gotta drive nearly 2000ks next week and better to replace it before i go. Thanks a heap
