Snort Performance

Postby Maximus » August 25th, 2009, 4:27 pm

I've sent a couple of emails over the last couple of weeks to the sales team at snort performance with no reply. I assume they're pretty busy, but is there anyother way to contact them? I've got a few questions about their turbo kits and I'm pretty interested in purchasing one. So if anyone knows how to get a hold of them, let me know.

Cheers.

i ended up just bending the pipe and putting a new (fatter) o-ring in the water pump, this fixed the problem so i was happy. Geoff did offer at the time though to send a braided line to run instead of the steel pipe but i said not to worry about unless my fix started leaking.
the only thing i wanted to ask him was about getting a 7psi actuator for my t04e. do you know where i can get one and if the turbo would still be happy to make 7 instead of the current 8-9?

you will have to adjust your current actuator to 7psi..

i found this dual port actuator on ebay for a t04e.
can it be used on my turbo? how would i set up up as the current actuator is "single port" just on the top.

you cant adjust an internal gate actuator. you can increase the boost by using a controller to make the actuator operate later but you cant make it open earlier, it is a set thing psi.

BI6TIM isn't doing stuff for Snort anymore, however any of us that have experience with the Snort gear are happy to help here on the forum. Make a post in the relevant technical section and we will reply, I know I will do my best to help. Geoff from Snort (username = iceman) should see the thread too.

CVE seems to be the goto place as far as a face to face local dealer for you guys down south.

What questions do you have Maximus?
