my ef has done 268,000 and since bought it at the start of this yr ive spent roughly a grand fixin it, i had 2 get the fuel pump replaced because the car died on the highway, it used 2 eat fan belts so i got that fixed, then apparantly the crankshaft was about to go through the head so i got that fixed, then every time i went 100 kmh the tailshaft would start vibrating and knocking so i got that fixed. Now it drives like a treat, since then ive lowerted it on superlow springs, got a 2.5 inch catbak exhaust, knocked the centre of my cat out, put some decent sound in it and got coloured parkers.

i wish i owned a workshop, you could make millions telling people that shits about to go wrong and then charging them squillions to fix it.

seriously, how the fu(k would a crank go through the head?

it was some pulley that had something to do with the crankshaft that was about o go through the head, the bill was $700

I'm guessing they meant the harmonic balancer but it's not going to go through the head! lol

They're not that hard to remove once you get a balancer puller anyway.

average mechanic is $75 an hour for labour..

so his mechanic is basically saying it took him 9.3hours to remove and replace a balancer haha

na, i got everything fixed at once
