motor trouble

I have recently got an eb 4ltr to put in my ef everything ok ecept the wiring going to the block above the harmonic balancing wheel is apparent only on the EF model not the EB motor what does this do? what conversions will i need if any,, or will it not matter.

Thats the crank trigger.

You will definitely need to put that on your EB motor for the car to run. I think you need to change the timing cover and a few other bits.

Yeah mate.

Swap the timing covers over. Bit of a stuff around...

hey

so its not as simple as unbolting it? just that im having a little trouble do i need to drop the sump and does the head need to be takin off?
