what mods for a ef xr6 :) P-plate friendly ?

just bought my first car a white ef xr6 301,000, on the clock for 3000 its a 5speed manual just wanting to know what mods are the go ? and things to look out for ?

At 301thou K, I'd be rebuilding firstly. While you're rebuilding, install a Cam and port the head (smoothing out all the casting marks etc will have a considerable gain) extractors and 2.5inch Exhaust, intake, and a J3... You should see considerable gain from those mods mate

ohk sounds good i was thinking of rebuilding i will have to see how much $$$ i got being a first year i dont make too much i was told it had a rebuild 50,000 ago is it time for another one ?

50,000km old engine in that case, it will be fine, 301,000km on the clock and more than likely the rest of the drivetrain.

the diff is stuffed but i am getting a new rear end for 810 big grin there i just want somthing that is gunnar have sum go but yet still is my daily drive

if you're on a budget get an intake and some extractors/exhaust. and throw some 3.9 diff gears in.
