The mini roasts you get from Coles are a bit of a gamble, sometimes they're stringy as fark. Freezing/thawing then cooking also tends to wreck the meat.

Oh yeah, I was talking steaks!!! None of this skippy roast shit. Seared on ultra high heat both sides, juicy in the middle, mushroom + pepper gravy... PERFECT!
