wats better el motor or au ??

hi guys i have bean trying to find some info on it because i am getting 2day for 150 an complete el and an au for 300 and was wondering wats better to put in my ed??

Wow I got lucky then. Was going to get an au engine but ended up with an el one instead and was disappointed but by the looks of it I got lucky.

EL motor has much stronger rods. AUs are better balanced and are generally thought to rev better but my EL is fine @7000rpm
