Car got impounded tonight...

Postby mooseman » January 9th, 2008, 11:33 pm

I will post a more detailed report tomorrow but I just got back from seeing my car go on a tow truck. I am an absolute fuckwit for doing burnouts in a carpark. I got fucked in the ass by the coppers and now have a shitload of cash to come up with in very little time. (Going phuket in a month...) Its going to cost $358 alone to get my car out...

Oh ghey :(

You aren't a fuckwit for doing burnouts in a car park, you are a fuckwit for getting caught doing burnouts in a carpark!

Hopefully you only lose it for a couple of days. If you lose your licence for any time period, at least you won't be in the country for some of that time!

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

Lokka works fucking wonderful. Too wonderful if ya ask me!

Here is the full lowdown. I had just finished a couple of games of bowling at Bar 53 in epping with mates (miller street behind the leisure centre) and the big empty concrete slab that was the carpark was too alluring. I gave the car a fair bit of stick and the cop station is about 1km away and the bloke reckons he was just locking his car up when he heard all the noise so came to investigate. He came in the car park as I was leaving. I denied it at first at the copper having no proof was ready to let me go until this little prick in a 4WD stopped in his car and said to the copper "just thought I would let you know that was the bloke doing the burnout, we watched it all" Then that just fucked me and the copper started yelling about lying to him and shit. Then the owner of leisure city (funnily enough my old boss) came out and yelled some more asking if we wanted to see the video... After that my attitude changed to apologetic blah blah blah and the copper didnt book me for obstruction, etc. I think im getting done for improper control, some demeanor charge, excessive smoke and excessive noise. Copper said because its a first offence that I should just get a small fine, slap on the wrist and licence disqualification. He said the worst charge was the demeanor one because it was in a public car park. He said 2nd offence of that is straight to the slammer...

Btw we officially counted 10 circles but it was easily 15...

If its a first offense you should be able to get a diversion order.

Diversion order = do a driving course in exchange for slap on the wrist.

Its a first offence but I have lost my licence before for demerit points. The guy from leisure city tried to help when he saw I used to work for him. He was speaking to the police today about working a deal with me cleaning up the marks and getting shown some leniency. I also got some more work out of him which is a positive!

Yeh I know. Can't believe how much of a fuckwit I was for doing it for so long. Even the copper said it was a decent patch and if it didnt go for so long he wouldnt have come to investigate. Main thing that im pissed about is coming up with $360 on monday when im only just scraping in to pay for my phuket ticket in 3 weeks.

Soon as you get back on the road, go do it again! It'll make me laugh.

**** the kent 4WD guy. I know if i were him and it was some toss in a commodore, i'd probably have done the same, but still, what a fag.

I only ever do around 4-5 circles when I feel like a burnout. Don't wanna get spotted. I sometimes do a nice semi-circle in the little side-road in my street when i'm bored on the way home.

+11ty billion! slammer is a bit steep for a some rubber laid down, when its worse off for the person doing the burnouts coz they have to pay for tyres, instead of fine they should be made to blow the tyres as punnishment!

I agree, jail is for the extreme cases that cost peoples lives etc. Even those people cop bugger all time behind bars. No way should someone who was doing a few hoops in an empty car park cop the same treatment (or similar) to someone whos raped or murdered!! Think they need a wake up call...

After having some wanker dropping a skid outside my house, **** up and end up rooting my lawn, garden bed and retaining wall (not to mention the neighbours fence) i personally dont care for skids and shit anymore.

Maybe the odd black lines from the lights kinda thing but doughies and standstills and all that...nar. Take it to a track

end rant

Depends how empty.

I live right across from a cul-d-sac street thing, so my part of the road is perfect for skids. this wanker (VN commodore of course) explained it as

'come on bro, no need to go rank and shit, its an empty street'

The little shit's dad came over to fix everything up, he was most apologetic and thankful we didn't call the cops. Reckons if he causes any more trouble to feel free to knock him out. More and more i wish i had called the cops but this dickheads a bit of a drug lord too, we'd end up with all his mates and shit doing what knows.

Hopefully the real estate sign out the front means they are being evicted shortly
