car wont start and no cluster operation

hi guys hope everyone having a good day!,
ive fitted power windows and climate control to my EBII.
i tool all the wiring from a ed ghia and swapped it all over including dash wiring.
Now my dash doesnt move no gauges and the car doesnt even crank no even a slight turn over! has anyone had this issue before?
also just noticed the ed ghia has 3 extra wires from the ignition switch could this be the issue?? any help would be great as im stuck in a pickle.

Both cars had smartlock?

nah just ed ghia.
now my eb has smartlock as i swapped hole body loom and dash loom.
but all good now.
found the eb needed the ed ghia ignition lock tried it and it started and everything worked.
