19"x8.5" wheel clearance

Postby rjcols » February 25th, 2012, 6:33 pm

I got a set of 19" x 8.5" wheels. I have an adjustable camber kit and I'm on ultra lows will I have any clearance troubles? Any scrubbing?

Depends on offset. I have no issues with mine.

My 19's had heaps of room on super lows. Now I'm lower then ultra's but the car hasn't been driven. Mate has cut one coil out of his ultra's in the front and run's 20's with 35 profile no drama's

I have 235/40 R18's on 18x8.5 -4 and Superlows on the middle spring seat setting. 19's don't change clearances like people think they do.

The right size 19 is the exact same rolling diameter as a 205/65/15. 225/30/20's are smaller then a 205/65/15. 225/35/20 is taller though.
