i am thinking, if i need the rwc for the car, i can just take the turbo out, and put old parts back. but once i cut the body even i weld back. it still can't pass rwc.

Well, if you put the holes in "hidden" places, like under the airbox, you can always hope that when you do a RWC they will not see the holes?

Where do you live?

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

that s what i thought, but it is a little bit risky. and the car is in very good condition, good body, fairmont g, bought when new, don't really want to cut it.

you could actually run the piping in a way that you wouldnt need to cut a single hole, but you would have a bit of trouble hiding the intercooler and piping at the front bar.
its a much more elaborate and lengthy pipe system, but if you dont want to cut the body at all then its the way to go.

if you cut out 2x 3'/2.5' holes in the sections that are located under the battery tray and air box. it be a piece of piss to make look like nothing had ever been done there if you had to go threw a rwc. i bet you would pass most places with just throwing the air box and battery back in to hide up the holes just make sure the car doesn't look like an absolut abortion when you take it in for the test .

worse case scenario you will have to cut out some steel plate for the holes you cut then spot weld"i reckon you would get away with even pop riveting them in there being you cant see those spots that great especially once the battery and air box are back in: them in there then "if your ass'd" spray a quick coat of etch primer over her.

or you just dont run a front mount setup, or again you need to run your pipes under the rails which ante a big deal unless its dumped on its ass. also 3 inch pipe under the rails i dont like that idea just be sure to check your clearances.

just got 2.5" pipes under the rails, 99% of e-series turbo builds would be fine with 2.5" piping and its much easier to run the in the tight spaces required to do a no holes piping setup.
