It's only just come out and is a squiggly line. Like someone's poured something over it. Just dunno what.
Few mates reckon brake fluid or paint stripper

nah, thats got nothing to do with prep.

i'm with Nikk, brake fluid or similar given you can see it went on the headlight.

Lol Shaun, massively uneducated guess considering that it's on the headlight too.

Something's been poured on the paint. Let's go with brake fluid or even stripper considering wht it's done to the headlight.
