identify this turbo please and price check?

So my mate is a mechanic, many moons ago he worked at Toyota. Dyna truck comes in under warranty to.replace the turbo turbo was replaced and was found not to be the problem, problem was a relay. So now this sits in the shed, not to sure about it, motor size etc. And what would it's value be?

Btw, I googled the numbers on the front (took a whole 5 seconds!!) and a brand new one came up under the first listing.
