The trick is to not get a clutch that is too harsh as your t5 will not last. I know this from experience! The xtreme mentioned above is a great one, I used the same with no dramas 350+rwhp. Can get them cheap too!

I held 420 wrhp easily with a 10.5 inch npc organic clutch kit and 10.5 inch flywheel. Little more exe but will probly hold 450 reliably.

Getting a clutch to hold the power is the easy part.

Getting one that isn't too harsh that you're popping T5s every 5 minutes is the tricky part!

NPC make an awesome clutch - that's why we sell them. But value for money and without being too hard, you really can't go past the Xtreme mentioned above. (which is why we sell them too!)

+1 for a clutch that is not too harsh on the T5

Mine is an Xtreme Cushion Button ...has held 290+ rwkw with my T5 on my DOHC Turbo (moderate-frequent spirited driving) for the last 2 years no problem ;)

HD Organic & Cushion Button-type clutches should do you just fine ...I wouldn't risk Brass Button / Puck type clutches though, very ON/OFF, heavier on the pedal, and more shock transmitted to the driveline.
Hot Chilli Red EL XR6, 5-spd manual, with BF F6 TYPHOON motor and supporting mod's, 3" exhaust etc etc.
298 rwkw @ 12 psi with re-tune likely.

Ran an extreme hd in my old boosted el .Fitted engine and trans to mates eb rebuilt the t5, tuned it myself with Jason's gear. Did about 2000k's when third let go on a pull. Never got to dyno it so power could be anywhere but as a guesstimate with that setup about 300rwkw. Only burnouts it did were second not having traction. Read t5 not good enough lol
