What sends the e series and aus and bas to wreckers

Hi

everytime you go in to upullit (sa) or pick apart (vic or nsw) why there's a few efs els and aus there when they don't look like they got a lot wrong with them and body's aren't damaged starting to see a few ba and bf models too, what would send them (more so efs els and aus) there when they don't look like there's much wrong with them

What problems would the e series and aus and bas that aren't smashed have that aren't obvious to end up at a wrecker

Anything.. standard ef and au just not running wouldnt be sold for more than $800. So some people cant be bothered. To the wreckers they go.

I havnt seen an eseries at a wrecker in ages up my way.. apparently "they dont keep that old stuff anymore"

Why so some or most rotate their cars at a certain age or mileage whatever pops up first

And why do most teachers and principals or people with meeting type jobs upgrade while theirs still value in their vehicles and most like people on this forum site do up the older cars nice

From what I see it's just the really low monetary value of the car.
People don't see the point in spending a couple of thousand on a transmission in a 200000 km car that is barely worth $1500.
From the other point of view it's cheap motoring, because it probably has another 200000 km in it after the trans is done.
