April Fools

Postby Eb Barbie » April 2nd, 2008, 7:41 am

Ok so we all know yesterday was April Fools. Did anyone fool someone or get fooled or have been in the past?

Post stories here :)

Scenario from work:

Gerry: 'Bec do you have a black car?'
Bec: 'Yes' (blushing and worried look on face)
Gerry: 'Did you park it at the top of the hill today?'
Bec: 'Errrr Yes, why is that?' (Starting to panic)
Gerry: 'Because a black car has just rolled down the hill into the top building'
Bec: 'Shit! Really!?' (grabs car keys and runs out to car park)
Gerry: (Runs out with her to find car is where she left it) 'APRIL FOOLS!!'

Was hilarious!

the operations manager at my work has everyones calendar schedule on his whiteboard...

we turned the whiteboard over and drew up the calendar with no ones schedules... we even went to the extent of copying everything else that was on the other side... one of the guys at work sorta stuffed it... but he had a good laugh...

we have a 5 tonne fork at work(to pick up 5 tonne objects) we picked up a truck driver's car and hid it inside the shed, he got really pissed off and stormed into the office andsaw his car inside the shed, then he laughed. we also lifted up the rear of a car and put a cable tie around the drive shaft so when its in drive it just ticks was so funny!

I did a print screen on one of the guys computers at work then saved the image as his background and hid the task bar and that. It didn't take long for him to work it out. But I laughed on the inside and that's what counts. :|

My brother has done that a few times to people over the years... absolutely fucks with them for a minute... He would also swap the F and D keys, as well as the J and K keys, as they have the little thingys for your fingers...

It's a great trick to play... here is a slight variation most people will never work out until they call tech support: http://youtube.com/watch?v=7sNXRmzFLwA
