lol thats not an un-marked cop car, Royan's truck centre in Bayswater/Kilsyth have these plates + all there cars are fitted with CB's/Mobile phone Equipment.
pretty sure they have a Taxi yellow XR6T with simmilar plates and arial.

I first saw the number plates cause they are white on red, then saw the car and then the aerials on the back and the lights around the plate on the rear. Looked pretty hot either way
