I put on 11 of those kg's in the last 9-10 months from going to gym hardout to try and build some muscle mass. It was a slow start but I've been hitting it hard for the last 4 months almost, going down about 4 times a week to train for half of that time and 5 times a week the other half. Starting to notice some good gains finally.
That's why I try to steer clear of that shit but once or twice a wk never hurts ey.
Sundeep the gym junkie! Haha **** that, I can't stand the gym, way too much effort involved!!! The only 'exercise' I get is a 3km run every night, well, up until this fricken heatwave started a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it doesn't make me any healthier or fitter, but it makes me feel like I'm at least making an effort to be healthy I guess. It is relaxing though and satisfying afterwards.
