Most neglected car that you know of?!

Get rid of the engine number too, or make it unrecognisable, pop the vin plate off and obviously get rid of the plates and reg sticker and you'll be right.

Some idiot abandoned a telstar outside the servo my mate works at. They were smart enough to remove both plates, but didn't think it necessary to remove the rego sticker. Right behind the rego sticker on the dash was a little card saying 'This vehicle is under inspection by the AFP'. Bet someone's got some debt to pay now.

Anyone know the punishment for abandoning a car? Do you just have to pay to remove it/some kind of littering fines?
