Hi just wondering if anyone has tried fitting a Kframe from a BA to a e-series, this is for a possible DOHC conversion in an EF. If anyone has any info or knows if this does or does not work let me know, however I have lined up a ford wrecker that is wrecking BA next week so I might go along and take some pics! ;-)

Along the same lines if a BA kframe fits would that need engineers approval, or would it be ADR approved?
I am aware that as a whole the conversion would need Certification.

funny you ask, i'm slowly fitting one up now and plenty of people on here have fitted dohc to e-series.

in a few weeks time i'll be starting a build thead, i'll pm you.

i have the front part of the two in

half way there

Hows your welding skills? you need to relocate the crush tubes in the rails to suit the BA cross members.
If you use everything BA the engineer i have been talking to is happy to sign it all off
