Posted: August 16th, 2009, 3:30 pmThat car's been for sale a few times in the last year or so. Actually went and had a look/drive. Great mechanical setup, but the body and interior are very rough, much rougher than the pics suggest.

From memory it was around 6k.
It's just too rough IMO for that kinda money. If it was just like every other non-turbo lane around, it'd be a $500 car.

Yeah, it was when I looked at it. Had a new external gate 3540/3582, freshly built bottom end, toughened auto, rebuilt diff, microtech ecu. Was making good power on low boost, and went pretty hard for what it was.
Mechanically it was an awesome car - even the suspension was pretty good.
Pity the rest of the car was so run down. Does make for an awesome sleeper though.

sell the manifold for $250 and buy a log manifold to suit the single cam head, will be much easier.

Posted: July 13th, 2010, 6:19 pmthe other way to fix the issue if you did make an adaptor plate is to make another adaptor that bolts where the turbo is then does a 90degree curve then another flange to the turbo so the turbo sits on top instead of on the side
