I need a new video camera?

Hey guys. just decided to get a new video camera for my birthday. but having never really had one i got no idea whats good or not.
probably only spending between 4-600. which does allow many cameras but im not after a great one.

pretty much mainly want it for the odd cruise, burnout videos, track days n shit and just general random shit.

anyone got one or got a recomendation.
not sure if i should spend the extra for internal memory or just use sd cards?
want one that will get rid of wind noise and shit.
and is easy to connect to the computer to get the videos off etc.

any help be great. thanks.

at jbhifi for $493 anyone got or used one? seems alright. some internal memory and can use a card (comes with 16gb card)

we got a panasonic SDR-H80 has a 70x ultra zoom on it, 60gb internal memeory can upload straight to youtube, its a great camera, love it, takes some pretty awesome pictures too, dont know a price coz it was a present but i think it was around $600

U dont want 4gb that aint much when it comes to video . Maybe about 1 hr at max
