Does anyone know somewhere cheap that will repair gutter rash in rims??
I've got 4 with very bad gutter rash and am hoping they are salvageable...

Or has anyone attempted this themselves??? I'm always up for a challenge

place in morrabin that does good job. cant remember their names.
can just go one of the tyre places in geelong and they will send it off for ya .

otherwise depending how bad. iv been told jack the car up. put wheel on the back. put car in drive.
then use sand paper or whatever needed. (acts like a lathe having wheel in the air)

They're called Ajax wheels. 95557737

Ajax wheels only do steel wheels.
Advanced alloy wheels, do alloy repairs , gutter rash and so on. Used to be in Moorabbin, now in Dandenong.
They do an awesome job.

I've used Steve's wheels in Brunswick, they seem to do great work.

I found a place that straightens alloy rims and removes gutter rashes while on it and polishes them too.

They were around Tullamarine, they should be in the yellow pages, cost as like 20 to 30 a rim.

I have a small write up here as to removing gutter rash.

hey mate just wonderin whats the joints name to get the gutter rashs fix coz mine are stuffed n i live around that area
