you serious? He's a wanker who denies any impact of COs emissions on the environment. The World gov't will be set up to regulate and enforce compliance of the markets which will encompass natural resources. You know, those things that we have been depleting since the industrial revolution...well, they are NOT infinite in supply and the effect is enhancing the greenhouse effect.

Long story short, this is a wanker who put a spin on the ideals behind Copenhagen and what will hopefully come from it.
