ok so got a little bored with the el been dick, id be on the highway, put my foot down, and from 3 to 4 thousand, the car would jump back and forward on my, but once i got out of 4000 she'd pic up. So decided to put in new plugs, "blue sports" leads. After doing so, i was kinda horny so decided to piss of the air intake box, filter and everything else till i got to the top, when for a strap on the high way, and it felt as if the car had a little more pic up. is this becuase of the lack of filter and box.??????????????????

Yes. a great way to lighten the car as well is to rid the car of that annoying heavy thing in the front of the car. Its a big rectangle block of steel. pull that out and yours car will be so much lighter, thusly faster...
