i really don't understand why they chase these idiots, just wait at his house later. or go knock on his door at 6 in the morning.

thats it....but funny thing is arent the po pos allowed to go up to a certain spped in chases?

In the event that the car was stolen by professional thieves prior to the chase, I doubt the rightful owner of the vehicle would appreciate getting arrested at 6 AM.
