haaahaha.

i just emailed the guy saying 'i think its best if you change your cd art for this cd, as im mates with the owner of this car and i dont think he'd take lightly to you using his car to sell your product'.

his reply:
'oh he spoke to me & said it was ok, i have the email for referance, also
where is the copyright on it registered please so i can look it up, it was
freely available on the net without copyright. have a nice day

-janger1958'

my reply:
'id like you to forward me the email you recieved from the owner, his name, the website you got the image from and the original image that you used as the cd cover.

i highly suggest you follow through with my requests as this gy is a dear friend of mine and neither he nor i take to copyright fraud lightly.

-Phil'

god i love shit stirring in places i dont belong :D

haha x2, just got another reply

'i removed it, so it will no longer show his car, however it is not copyrighted anyway, goodbye.'

should i tell him that clarence from tangcla has copyrighted it, and he not only has to pay john to use it, but also clarence (tangcla guy)?

Hahaha, i've had a few ppl PM me telling me about it.
I did contact him asking who he was.

his responce was simply 'i'm an ebay seller, nice car'
i didnt give permission, nor did i tell him to remove it.

i personally don't care, but it is amusing.

him:

'what i suggest to your friend is not to have his picture on the net if he does not like people having it, it was removed & will no longer be used as i cant be bothered arguing on christmas day.'

me:
'well if you dont want to fight on christmas day, i suggest you dont use other peoples property to sell your own product, and then lie about it.

i am also friends with the photographer who took those photos, as he has taken photos of my car too, and i know for a fact that all his images are copyrighted and water marked.

just because a photo is on the internet, doesnt mean it is avalible for anyone to use. i will not be letting this matter go lightly. i will be forwarding your feedback history and a list of our emails to both the photographer who took that photo of the car and the owner of the car, and i am sure you will be hearing from them soon.

christmas day or not, copyright infringment is illegal 365 days a year.'
