Convertor let go and a big fire ball. All ok though Paul was pulled from car safely.

Certainly a suprising thing to hear.

was good to hear Paul is ok, hopefully its not too painful to rebuild

yeah it was crazy i was 3/4 the way up the hill and felt the heat so cant imagine what paul felt.
and it was loud aswell.
good to hear he is ok and dam it was quick the run before.

I was there 2 with some mates, wasn't expecting the bang and fire ball!!! Saw Joel racing the concorde and a blue eb gt.
Had a few mates racing aswell, one being the lime green HQ Sedan. Was a a good nite!

Damn CVE tune!

Now me and the mad scientist have to rip apart the block, to replace the piston rings you just fried !!

Was a pretty big explosion, and pretty unexpected. Good to hear that Paul came out of it in one piece though :drinks2:
