Boosted Falcon

Hey Guys, A few have noticed i've made another addition to the forum.

Its still a Work in Progress, so there are more then likely a few bugs to iron out.

The basics are that its a 'Garage' addition, that allows you to upload details of your car, including dyno runs and quarter miles.
These all fall into the other icons at the top, 1/4 mile and Dynorun where once we have some entries should be a lot nicer to look at then our current 'dyno/drag thread'

Some of the drop downs are very generic at the moment, i'll be trying to clean them out a bit as i don't think anyone on here owns a Scion....

BrockyB8: as mentioned in the other thread. If i click on my car, it just shows me what i have said, it doesnt give me a chance to edit it

Yeah you can do multiple cars.
Top Left is the button for creating a new one.

To edit go to my vehicle next to the creat vehicle . There you can edit all you things there are icons to edit profile .

Then under it it says 'Edit Vehicle'

Then it gives you the option of adding 1/4 mile, editing details, adding mods tec.

Dyno Runs *OVER* 180rwkw require a Dyno Sheet Image

Ill chcuk my 176.1 when i find it .
Actually you should make that all runs have to have a sheet .
Same with time slips
Stops someone putting it in till they got it on paper

Yeah it only allows u to do one car i found out atm

John the dyno run section went gay for me. I have 3 entries haha. It wouldn't accept without pic but still did it? Delete the ones without the proof

I tired to upload image from computer and it failed twice. I used a direct link the 3rd time

EDIT. Never mind, i found where to delete them

currently its only a 2 level tree.. being Ford -> Model

so going to EA/ED/EF etc etc doesn't fit into the structure.
however i could just add a drop down to select model, only issue being that its really only useful if you're searching.

you can always search by year?

I was still having trouble finding 'edit vehicle'. I logged out then logged back in and i could see it. The whole layout was different.

When i originally logged in this morning i came through http://www.e-series.com.au but once i had logged out, i came though http://www.boostedfalcon.net. I just thought I'd let you know in case it makes any difference.

you started using it while i was finalising it, that might be why some things changed.

Generally i'd advise going by boostedfalcon.net, its the primary domain so tends to work better.

I tried adding a dyno readout, filled everything in and it said there was a required field left blank, has done it 4 times now.

Was your dyno sheet bigger then 1024 Pete?

Does it without a pic as well.

i tried it with 2 decimal places eg. 140.00 and it worked.
might need to look at that.

i must say leave eseries.com.au as a short cut to boosted
As its my way at work to get into boosted as theyve banned boosted on their puter
to stop me from checkin the site so thats my loop hole
after a post i have to click on say view new posts so it dont redirect to boosted
as it comes up with page error
and if all that fails i'll go through effalcon.net i think it is
