I been looking at some lukey extractors and have notice that there is a three bolt connection to the cat part, how do you connect this to a standard cat? Or do I need to get a new high flow cat? I'm new to this so have no real idea haha

you need to get your stock cat shorten by an exhaust shop they will be able to supple the right flange for you'r headers.
or go high flow option which cost more.

shouldn't cost more than $50 for them to do it.
if your going for extractors you will need a high flow exhaust to make the most of them. They are cheap though, $100 - $150 second hand and they are bolt on :-)
