el/ef offset FPV wheels non-exsistent!

Postby kaynr21 » May 25th, 2010, 5:14 pm

Hey guys I've tried every big and small tyre/wheel place in victoria including ebay and have found noone selling any 19" ba gtp replicas...!! If anyone sells them or knows of a source.. a pm or post would be most appreciated.

Thanks Kay.

That would be because no one ever made BA GT replicas.
You would have to find originals and use spacers, or settle for the BF GT replicas.

yeah, i had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago, was looking for dark agents or the normal f6 rims for my ef, shopped around couldnt find any, one of the shop owners said to me that ford and holden are cracking down on aftermarket replicas so they are becoming hard to find however a did find a couple of sets on ebay, not sure about the ba GTs though

the tyre factory in thomostown... my brother just got brand new 19 inch ba gtps rim in au offset.. for 1050 about a month or so ago. I believe they had e-series offset to, they have contacts to get those rims but are now getting fairly rare as there stopping production of that rim. So it would probably would be best for you to go in and have a chat with them as they might recommend a contact for them in case they don't have anymore.

Pretty sure those are from the BA2.

These are the ones i meant. Everywhere ive gone people have called these "BA GTPS" not sure whether its right or wrong just going with my ears :D. What are they called if they're not?
t1MMy wrote:Bridgestone Preston has heaps of them.
Any ideas if they have replica ones? Because ive also heard that alot of the large stores have stopped selling replicas due the the holden/ford crack down on copy right issues.
