Just wondering while this is here and not starting a new thread, are the seat rail holes for the bolts in the same place all the way from EFI to BF? I did hear that they are apparently in the same spot but just want to make sure if they are or not

does anyone want to into more detail than, not too hard. do you have to weld new brackets, cut old rails etc? if so how does this go with legality?
