Got it for a dollar..
Called the guy up and he said "It says make me an offer"
So i said.. "I bought it now for a dollar mate, WTF you mean make an offer..?"
He said "I'm not selling it to you for a dollar!"
I said "Well you kinda have to"

And this went on for a while til he said come and fukkin get it...

So I went to his address only to find he had stabbed holes in all the mufflers...

He wouldn't come outside so I called him and he said, "See, I told you, you weren't getting it for a dollar...!"

Now, what i wanna know is what can I do to fuk this kunt up, legally, cos i'm fukkin over low life scum like this...!!!!!!

if its through ebay there won't be much you can do apart from raising a claim.
worst case he'll lose his ebay account.

i wouldnt raise a claim on ebay. pay for it anyway, through paypal, and in the feedback bit say what a cockhead he is. if you pay then ebay wont refund his listing fees and he cant leave neg feedback on you.

He obviously doesnt know how to use ebay if hes put it up a $1 buy it now and then said "i have no set price on it make me an offer." lol. Thats the whole idea of ebay - auction it if you've got no set price
