Electrical Safety checks and Tagging.

Posted: August 1st, 2010, 6:53 amwhy i have asked this question is because we have a few things which we are going to donate to Guide Dogs Victoria, such as a fridge, deep freezer, stereo, but why need things to be tested and tagged so they can use it straight away and not have to sit in storage until next year when someone comes out to check everything again.

How many items all up?
Also we usually supply and fill in a log book for the customer. It contains the items model no. serial no. when it was tagged and when it needs to be redone. I'd imagine being donations there not interested in that. they just need to know their safe when they take possesion. Does that sound ok to you. Saves you $36 by not having one anyway.
