what should be the max i pay for these ba xr8 rims

comes with 4 rims, and 5 60-65 tred tyres with low profile and no uneven wear
1 wheel has light scratches that would cut and polish out
other 3 and in great in condition no gutter rash or scratches
the tyres are michelen's and have 60-65% tred and the spare tyre without a rim is a bridgstone
tell me your thoughts and what i should pay for these as his asking for $580
