Does ne1 no who can tune a j3 chip?

I have a eb xr6 with a turbo conversion, I'm running a standard el xr6 comp but my cars not runnng right, I bought a blank j3 chip to tune it to what it needs, problem is I can't
find anyone that knows how to tune them. If anyone knows anyone who knows how to tune my car with this chip in melb Vic could u please let me no, cheers!
