PS sell the whole car, it will take a while to find the right buyer to pay what it's worth, people that have the money to buy the setup will probably have the money to buy the whole car, and would probably prefer to buy it fully setup.

I think you've put too much time and effort into It to give up now, if you sell it/ change it you'll regret it. Keep it and keep going quicker, you'd be much better off.

To the right person, no.

The amount of bucks in this car is clearly evident and it would be a bargain to the right person at that price.

But realistically, how many people are going to be willing to actually go through with a purchase at that level for an EL?

Nah thats not too much, but I don't think there would be many people around with that cash for an E-series.

Could be totally wrong tho. Hope it works out for you either way! :) PM me if you part it, theres probably a few bits & pieces I'd be interested in.

i know that ive put too much time an effort into it.. but all good things do come to an end.. ive just had enuf with spending too much cash on it.im 80% sure sat will be the last drag meet for me.as i got really turned off about it all today.

pHaT`eL wrote:$30k for consistant 9's seems pretty good?

thats what i thought. if you try to build the combo it will cost way over 30K. also the time an effort is just priceless.

im not sure if i will part it :? if i do i will be keeping turbo, ecu, injectors. the engine, trans an diff will be for sale.

SnyperEB, hopefully getting out of it all. i know its going to be very sad seeing it go. :(((

I think you should take off your pink frilly undies, put the car under a cover in the shed for a little while and keep it for when the mood takes you again....if you sell it you'll be losing far too much money, time and effort, and it's near as dammit to a surety that you'll want to go really fast again some time in the future.

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. it takes alot of money to turn a el into a ba too :D

point being, it was just for a vague comparo... was also about 12 months ago... aaaand sinans car has a shit load more potential due to the fact it has 660kwish, and that had like just over 400 it was just setup mint for its power

+1 for rollin's comments

Put the car away for a while; in storage or something. Just get away for the drag scene for a while. Then in couple
of months if you've got the same feelings, then start to advertise it.... Thats what I reckon anyways...

Surely you could just do what rollin said... Stick it in a shed for a bit and see how you feel in a few months??

I have another idea actually - how about you let me look after it for a while, until you want it back? I'll get it registered and mod plated in QLD, then you can drive it on the street in VIC with no worries :D

30k you'd have to be patient..
You'll find someone who'll pay that, if not, really close to that price..
It will just take time...
Good luck with it man...

Advertise it for what YOU want for it.
Park it for a while.

That way, you either get what you want for it, or you'll come to your senses in a few months and thank **** you didnt let it go.

Everyone goes through the depressive stage at some point i certainly did. Like most have said, cover it up for a while and enjoy life. That's of course if your not about to loose fingers and toes from the mob.

I agree with the others about storing it for a while.* Saying goodbye to a car you've put your heart and soul into is like saying goodbye to a good friend.
