Was in need of a family wagon due to the wife becoming pregnant with number 2 and a sedan just wont cut it. So sold the XR6 and am picking up and EB series 2 S wagon, V8.
Should have it in a day or so.

everglade green, auto, V8, exhaust, tint, alarm, pioneer CD sound and speakers.

thats it, standard s rims on it, but the plan is to lower it and put rims on.
exhaust already makes it sound tough, just need the looks to go.
although it might not look like much now, but its got it where it counts.

Well, here is the story.....

The new dealer checked over my car the xr6, all looked good, they found some repair marks, ok.
They called vicroads and the car was a write-off but repairable, which it was repaired.
I brought this car from a dealer and when purchasing they did not mention any of this to me, which apparently is illegal.
So the new dealer wont take my car as they trade and I now need to either negotiate with the yard where i bought the car and see what I can get back and give them the car back or take them to court, as I am now stuck with this car and cannot do much with it....

I have a week to sort this out or I will lose the wagon....

Any advice????????

well id get a proof of purchase of the car from the dealer you bought it from get proof it has been writen off and that its been repaired. Go back to the dealer you got it from and tell them if they dont offer you a refund of sorts you will be taking legal actions for failing to provide full details and selling a writen off vehicle. By the way V8 wagons are the shiz cant wait to go cruising in mine

The proof is from vicroads as being on the revs sheet for the car.
Thats the proof I have the original sales contract from the dealer and no where is there any evidence of them advising me of the status of the car and it being written off and then repaired and sold off.

Will put up a post tomorrow and lets you know what the go is.
