I'M A HOON WANKER!!!

ok now as the name of this thread suggest people who are just idiots and should die in a hole, i came home from tafe today only to beverbally abused by someone who lives 5 doors away, now he was threatening to rip my head off because i go frying tyres around every corner i drive around, now this is flawed for 2 reasons, 1 i dont have money to buy new tires so they last as long as possible sort of, 2 the street was redone bout 2 years ago and is rougher than driving over a bed of nails which will shred my tires, and because it was redone this causes loose stones on the surface of the road blah blah blah so in short i occasianaly when powering around a corner get the inside wheel slipping slightly especially in the wet as most people have experienced

another thing he was abusing me for was nearly hitting his son who walks in the MIDDLE of the road... now i normally give way to people on the road but i let them know im there also and that the 3 meters of nature strip either side of the road with soft grass is a better place to walk cause he walks barefoot

now i dont know whos in the wrong here but i dont thinks its me?? anyone got an oppinion and want to vent aswell??

i had a guy come tell me to slow down goin past his house (wasnt even his house was his cousins)
he said go nuts out on the main road. he likes a burnout just like everyone else.

the guy couldnt comprehend that i have never done a burnout or gone over the limit in my own street.
people are retarded.

What you have to realise is that your perception of 'hooning' can be vastly different to other peoples, so you've got to drive accordingly.

Having said that, any fuckhead that walks in the middle of the road deserves to be killed. We need to allow natural selection room to move!

Keep in mind, that him thinking you're speeding is always relative if he's visually assessing your speed. If it's a quiet street, that everyone else ambles down at 40km/h, and you do 50-55km/h, he would see you as being a hoon, even if you're technically not breaking the law.

Just go easy in your own street and surrounding streets, and flog it everywhere else. Think of it as though you are letting it warm up before a thrash, or cool down after a good thrashing (akin to a turbo timer).

So you do skids coming into your street occasionally?

I bet regular people dont even though the road is shit.

falcon4life wrote:now i normally give way to people on the road but i let them know im there

How do you let them know? Revving your car? Getting on the horn? Yelling out the window?

the horn i have is a pissy little air horn so normally its revving my engine but not neutral and rev the tits off it just hold the gear longer than required alot longer

people around here do far worse than me but its only cause he can see my front yard from where he lives and hes a lazy **** who cant be bothered walking to other peoples places, no longeer than 5 mins ago someone went flying up the road easilly doing 80, and i didnt say i allways got slippage its only recently when its been wet its happened which is why he came and abused me

you fail at pleading your innocence and using paragraphs.
i've just noticed you've got flames on your car too, that is the holy trinity of idiocy.
have you considered getting a vasectomy, you know, to take one for the team.
the team being humanity.

In his defence, the flames were done before he got the car!

i always wonder when people in n/a 6 falcons have a problem with fishtailing out of roundabouts, or un-explainable slides on wet roads.

it must be the brand of tyre. :?

Does your dick get a little harder every time the tacho needle goes up?

I would be pissed if one of my neighbours revved their car outside my house on a regular basis.

mate i go past his house maybe once a week and he lives right next to a corner up a hill which basically means your car will be revving as you drive past to speed up

and the flames were there before i got it and im not keeping the car much longer

falcon4life, i hear ya mate.

but just cause others do bigger burnouts, doesnt mean you can do smaller ones and 'get away with murder'. As for kids playing on the road....well...unless the child is old enough to have common sense, its up to the parents to keep them off the road. Mind you im saying like 15yo+ unless an adult is there.

theres negatives on both parties really. Ideally, rule of thumb is you dont do any burnouts/speed/hooning within a 2 street radius of your house. Im sure everyone can restrain themselves for that distance.

Depends where you live. If you live in quiet area with dead end streets and the like why shouldn't kids be able to play on the streets?

The problem is you are looking at it from a drivers perspective, not the general population who use cars as transport and naturally are going to disapprove of obnoxiously loud cars (mainly) plus any reckless driving they see. I know that I am not the most restrained driver, but make sure in and around my area which (I know is a quiet area and full of kids) that I drive as sedatively as possible.

i do restain myself i dont do burnouts in general at all, but because of the area i live in im the one to blame because my car is loud, simple fact around my area is the louder it is the more burnouts you do, ive broken traction before but not in my area and i dont have smoke pouring off my tires everywhere

everyone who does burnouts in my area i instantly get the blame for it, my neighbour heard it and she isnt the nicest old lady but if i did anything wrong in my car id know about it before i got home

In the 6 years or so that we've owned our AU, we've broken traction maybe twice? Both by accident in the wet. It really isn't that easy to break tracton unless your really flooring it. My dad was driving and he tried really hard to slide around the corner into our quiet street in the wet at night and not even then could we break traction. Oh and we've never EVER done a burnout. They're stupid :)

Burnouts aren't stupid, I will admit I have done some stupid shit like donuts in the main street getting on the piss and doing skids I haven't done any for a year or so now but purely because I don't have a car capable haha I do miss doing skids though

Well they're not that stupid, but they can't be good for your car in the long term. And plus it's bogan and you look like an idiot when doing them in the middle of a public road. At summernats or something yeah for sure they're cool, but in slightly modified falcons on public roads is stupid.

Nah I mean like just other people driving along, being blocked off by them, it's just reckless and stupid. I'm just not a burnout person, but I suppose on a quiet road isnt that bad

Yeah I'm 15 and so what if I haven't done a skid?! I'm just saying that I don't like them and that I probably won't do one because they don't exactly seem benficial for your car. You guys go ahead and do as many skids as you want, I'm just venting my opinion

This things 25 years old, it struggles to pull itself up hills and it's got really big tyres on it. It might just manage to spin the tyres but I'd be too embarrassed to try! But nah I won't do one anyway don't wanna wreck my car
