can u be arrested for doing burnout on your own property in other words u own that propertity or u know sum 1 who owns the property and u have full permission 2 do skids on a private pad can u can fined or aressted for this?

from mu knowledge u cant get fined for the burnout or anything but im not sure about noise/smoke pollution.

in nsw we got away with it, smoken a 460 big block fairlane on a sunday arvo blind drunk on a path in the backyard cops just waited outside the house for us haha, didnt work lol

its not the police u need to worry about its the epa that will fine u for noise and pollution in most states

I do believe that if the area is accessible to the public, for instance there are no gates/fences to keep them out, then it can be considered illegal regardless of the state? That aside, you can most definitely be booked for drunk driving on private property.

If your property is long enough you can do 400kmph. So i dont see why doing a burnout would be any different.
