Well after 7 months my EF has turned up again, unfortunatly not looking to good.
Before:

After:

Little bit disappointed when i saw it but i was expecting worse.
It was found in a shit hole area about 20 minutes from where it was stolen.
Just hoping that the rodents that stole it where able to feed there starving shit families from the parts they sold.
Regardless, now just tossing up wether to buy it back and start again (project)

Depending on how much the insurance company want for it i may restore it, i was offered a VERY cheap complete EF fairmont, body doesnt look the best but the rest of the car is decent so im unsure about what im going to do atm...
I will need a complete car, the only parts left are what you see in the engine bay and seats (they also very kindly gave me half a back seat from another EF), and the dash which is in 1000 peices all over the floor.

if they've pulled the apart like that i'd hate to think of how they've gone about it, being in a hurry means shortcuts and damage.
not something you'd wanna be dealing with when rebuilding a car.

What was she before that? Tough break mate I'd let her go and start again with something that hasn't been weathered so much and has so much rust.

Obviously, they didn't have much more than 1/2 a clue, the door 'pods' of the Ticky kit are still on it. Hows the interior look? After being Stolen and I'm guessing Paid Out does this thing have have the VIV (Vehicle Identification Verification) Check done before re-registering?

I think you might be right about that mate, as I think there was some sort of stealing spree happening early last year. My mate had his R31 with an RB20DET stolen from outside his house in Strathmore around that time. Apparently they were going around with a flat bed. Scum bags, sucks hard.

That's fucked.
They deserve to be dragged by a chain behind a car at 100clicks.
Some fuckers.

Hard decision man. Don't know what I'd do personally. Good luck either way.

If it's older than 15 years then I've been led to believe it doesn't. Unless the claim was made before it had reached it's 15th birthday.
