EA 5-speed, flywheel, clutch will fit, so will the pedal box. I would suggest using a 6-bolt flywheel out of a later model E-series.

Use the AU starter motor. The EA/B/D one will still bolt up perfectly, but they are chunkier.. An AU one is more efficient, and is smaller too.

AU engine needs the fins ground off the front of the sump to clear the k-frame.

I would use the EL ECU, so that it can control the BBM (Broadband Manifold, or the intake) on the AU engine, but you need to get an EF/EL BBM Manifold as they have the MAP Sensor fitting on them, and have the correct AIT (Air Intake Temp) sensor in them.

Someone else will be able to confirm all that.

AU manifolds have the MAP sensor too.

The AU manifold DOESN'T have the Intake Air Temp (IAT) sensor as per xrghiawagon - however you can just drill a hole in the intake piping before the throttlebody which seems to work ok (I have done this). Use the AU fuel rail regardless, as it has the hose clamp fuel lines, where the EF/L ones use a tricky fitting that's a bit difficult to install/remove at the rail.

EA bellhousing is fine. The bottom holes don't line up but I had a shitload of torque in my EA through an AU motor with EA bellhousing and it never caused any issues.
